Our CM Platform acts as a hub to maintain, access and provide information timely. These specialized reports are maintained with discipline and detail so that the user can rely on the information for evaluating and making decisions.

Lease Abstract – this is a summary of all details of an individual lease
Tenant Rent Roll – summary of all tenants with relevant rent roll data
Tenant Follow Up Schedule – this provides a list of key upcoming due dates with regards to renewals, rent increases, insurance expirations, and sales reports. The property manager uses these as a guide for follow up.
Tenant Payers Listing – details of each individual tenant & vendor includes addresses and phone numbers
