Reporting:
We report monthly financial statements to keep owners up-to-date.

  • Everything is taken into account, from your income statement, balance sheet and cash reconciliation to outstanding accounts receivable, notes receivable/payable and refundable deposits.
  • Financial information is always provided in a timely manner – by the 15th of the following month.
  • Detailed tenant outstanding accounts receivable are reported routinely each month.
  • At the end of the year, a set of audit work papers are prepared for the CPA; additional analyses prepared based on specific requirements.

Analysis
CM has extensive experience in preparing analysis to lead Owners through opportunities and difficult decisions.

  • We will work closely with you to manage your financial goals and track them annually.
  • We can also work with you to evaluate new opportunities as they are identified to have an accurate picture of the potential of planned opportunities.
  • Extensive review and allocation of capitalized costs to take advantage of accelerated depreciation methods occurs throughout the construction process in conjunction with the construction of the property.

CM has expertise in managing and leading financing activities whether for original financing or refinancing of existing properties.

  • Manage the actual closing process to secure the new loan.
